On December 8, ACE Logistics Latvia celebrated its 27th anniversary—a significant milestone in the company’s history. The year has been filled with strategic decisions and development initiatives that have strengthened ACE Logistics Latvia’s market position and reflect the company’s long-term goals.
Efficiency and Sustainability Strategy
The past year was full of challenges: rapidly increasing costs and changing customer needs required flexibility and a strategic approach. ACE Logistics Latvia moved to modern, energy-efficient Class A warehouse and office premises, significantly increasing operational capacity. It has enabled the expansion of both shipment handling and storage services, strengthening competitiveness in the logistics sector.
Sustainability remains one of the company’s key development directions. Significant steps have been taken toward obtaining the Green Office certificate by implementing environmentally friendly solutions such as energy-efficient LED lighting and air heat pumps for heating. ACE Logistics Latvia recognizes its responsibility towards the environment and continues to invest in sustainable solutions.
Reviving Traditions and Gifts with Added Value
This year, several previously popular traditions were revived. After a break, the Client Evening was organized once again, where business relationships were strengthened in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Clients were engaged in an interactive introduction to our services. The tradition of Employee Children’s Day was also restored, giving employees’ children the opportunity to visit their parents’ workplace, explore the world of logistics, and participate in various fun activities.
Special attention was paid to creating gifts for clients and partners. ACE Logistics Latvia chooses to support organizations and companies that pursue meaningful goals. Last year, in collaboration with the organization Miljons sveču, candles with added value were gifted to clients and partners. This year, in partnership with Kurts Coffee, the gift will be coffee with an important story behind it. Employee involvement in fostering togetherness is also highly valued, with activities like baking gingerbread cookies, making homemade cheese, and crafting chocolate candies. In this way, the company showcases its care, authenticity, and dedication to maintaining a personal approach in collaborations with clients and partners.
Looking to the Future
With an optimistic outlook for the future, ACE Logistics Latvia continues to engage in initiatives that promote industry growth and the development of new talent. Next year, the company will participate in the largest annual business promotion competition, Bizness 24h, where it will help young people explore the world of logistics by preparing tasks that inspire interest and a desire to investigate industry opportunities and development directions.
